Tuesday Tea Tidbit

Good morning! .....Head is pounding from too much wine for the Bachelor finale last night (thank goodness that season is over, I have some choice words for that man that cannot be spoken on this here blog...) but other than that it is supposed to reach 70 degrees today and I am thrilled! Today I wanted to share my inspiration for our new master bedroom. My sheets and new bedding came in yesterday, probably my last big shipment to our address before breaking in the new one! For my birthday last week, hubby got me the Luciana Medallion duvet set I've been swooning over since  our wedding. Needless to say I was super excited and I love the look of it!

Linking up today with our hosts: Jenni, Khala, Samantha & ReneĆ©
Thanks Loves!

Packaged up for the move!

It'll be the first room I do with mostly silver accents- we got those frames pictured from Pottery Barn as a wedding gift as well. I love gold frames and Seth makes fun of me and calls me old fashioned.  The gray blackout curtains will be great for sleeping in and I've ordered those for the bay window in the master as well (below we have taken out all the junk and ripped out the carpet- floors just need to be re-sanded and re-finished)

  3. So pretty! Our master bedroom is grey and yellow. Now that it's finally spring, I can break out my grey/yellow patterned comforter, it adds such a fun pop of color to the room! Good luck with the move - I hope you saved some wine for long moving days. :)

  4. I love, love gray! It's so calming and makes it easy to add pops of color. And as for Juan Pablo, aye yay yay. (Ha get what I did there?) I am with you, I have never been happier to see a season of the Bachelor end. At least ABC saved themselves by making Andi the next Bachlorette. Love her!

  6. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this color scheme. It is calming and perfect for a neutral master bedroom (so as not to put the man out! :)). I buy all my bedding from PB -- HUGE FAN over here. So glad you are keeping us all updated!

  9. You gotta love some new bedding! Love it! And girl, don't get me started on The Bachelor. It was seriously the most painful thing I think I've ever watched...ever. What a creep, right? NOT a fan! Thanks for linking up with us! I need to join in on the live Tweeting you and Miss Jenni do next season! xo

  16. How awful was the Bachelor? I gave him the benefit of the doubt all season that maybe it was a language barrier but last night was like nails on a chalkboard. Can Sean be single again and come back? Anyway...love that inspiration board! I need to make on for our master bedroom to get my ideas all in one place!

  17. So that big glass of wine didn't treat you so well, eh? LOL! I didn't watch one episode of The Bachelor this season, but everyone seems to be riled up this morning... Something 'good' must have went down! I've got the itch to redecorate our master bedroom and I love the inspiration pic you posted! It's a stunner!

  20. Oh my. The bachelor was terrible! He is soooo rude! I think he forgot that he signed up to be on national televevision and they have every right to be in his private life! It's obvious that Nikki is oblivious to it all! Ugh! My husband said she always dresses like a hooker so she probably is oblivious. Lol! On a better note... your bedroom inspiration is beautiful! Those bay windows are going to be so pretty! I just painted my entryway grey and it was soooo hard to pick a shade! Good luck! :)

  22. I watched the first couple of episodes of the Bachelor this season & decided right then & there that I couldn't do it. Juan Pablo drove me crazy right from the beginning! I give serious kudos to those who were able to stick it through because I could not.

  23. I've really been struggling to find gray bedding I like. I wish I could paint my apartment walls so instead I have to bring in all the color through the bedding and whatnot
